Falcon International Competition April 26th&27th

we approach the upcoming Falcon International Competition, I would like to provide you with some important information and reminders.

1-The competition will be held at American School Dubai (ASD). We are excited to announce that 62 of our swimmers will be participating in this event. I have attached a list of the participants for your reference. Please check the list to find your child's name.

2-The competition will take place over two days, Friday April 26th from 3:00pm to 6:00pm and Saturday April 27th from 7:00am to 7:00pm. We will be competing against 340 swimmers from 10 different schools across UAE, Kuwait, Philippines, Singapore, and Ghana. This will be an exciting opportunity for our swimmers to showcase their skills and compete with other talented athletes.

3-Attached to this email, you will find the 3 sessions meet program ( session 1 on Friday, Session 2&3 on Saturday). Please review this program with your child and have them write down their events on their forearms as we have done in the past. This will help them stay organized and focused during the competition.

4-Parents are welcome to attend the competition and support our team. However, please note that access to the school will only be permitted through Gate 3. Kindly bring your ID with you for security purposes.

5-It is important that all swimmers come prepared for the competition. They must bring their water bottle, Jaguar swim kit, extra hat and goggles, and a Jaguar T-shirt. As this will be a long event, I also urge all swimmers to bring extra healthy snacks to keep their energy levels up. Please note that electronic devices such as iPads or gaming devices will not be allowed during the competition. For the safety of all our swimmers, it is crucial that they stay together at the assigned team's area at all times.

6-If a swimmer needs to leave the competition for any reason, they must inform me beforehand. On Friday, swimmers must meet me at 2:15pm and on Saturday at 6:30am.

7-It is the responsibility of the parents to drop off and pick up their children from the competition. Please ensure that you pick up your child at 6pm on Friday and 7pm on Saturday.
